If a custom color option is shown, refer to the color chart shown in the images section above and add the corresponding #Number(s) in the color section of the fillable form. (If no custom color(s) are chosen or options offered, the dress will be made in the color shown in the photo)
Often, custom dancewear can be “altered” to your specifications (ie; adding sleeves on a sleeveless dress, making a dress longer or shorter, adding mesh in an area that has none. If you would like any customizations not shown on the forms, just let us know what you would like in the “comments” section at checkout, and we will give you a call prior to sending the order to the designer to verify what you’d like done and verify the availability to have it done.

Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. All Shipping is free with no order minimum.
Shipping and handling times vary between products. All *typical shipping times are listed on each individual product page. Please note the shipping time for the product you are interested in prior to ordering. *Typical shipping times refer to the standard time it should take (barring any unforeseen emergency/event) for your special item to be processed and arrive "in hand" to you.
All custom made dance dresses as well as those same dresses offered in a standard size are made to order and, as such, do often depend on how busy the particular designer is. Because of this, we have tried to allow for extra time in the shipping estimate on each product page. Should there be any discrepancy in timing, we will let you know immediately.
Returns & Refunds Policy: (please read the following PRIOR to your return) Unless otherwise noted specifically on a product page- should an item arrive to you damaged or not as described/ordered you may return the unworn/unused item for a refund WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that there are no returns or refunds for custom made dancewear unless the item received is not the item ordered.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
