2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded.

3/ Find this file: ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready 3.0.0, then you just need to upload ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

No. Unless the item you receive is not the item you ordered, there are no refunds for any custom dancewear.

Sometimes, but not usually. However, if you know that your event is AFTER the specified turnaround time on the costume you want, please contact us prior to placing the order so we can work with the designer and try to expedite the timing if possible.

Sometimes, but not usually. Anytime the US shipping carriers are having any delays due to COVID, that is when we MAY also experience delays. It does seem like USPS is working through the glitches they were having, so there should not be any issue with delivery being affected. Also, we will let you know if an item you order has any delay that we know of as soon as we know it!

Yes, you can use your own shoes- we prefer it actually! You would simply send them to us after placing the down payment on a custom order. We will contact you to go over design ideas to make sure we are on the same page before proceeding. This is also when we would go over the additional cost. You can buy a new pair from us and have us stone them. There are no returns however, for any pair of shoes that has been custom stoned.
We recommend you only send us shoes you have tried on that fit comfortably so you do not potentially end up with a beautiful pair of custom stoned shoes that you cannot wear. Rather an expensive set of paperweights!
